Terms & Conditions of Service

 

The following terms and conditions are to be followed by all clients of The Bespoke Photographer. You are considered a client and agree to these terms once a retainer fee has been paid.

Client Cancellations

I understand that things come up, and sometimes we are unable to fulful our obligations – however, when your session is booked, I take my time to plan the details of your session and remove your booking from my availability. 

Mini Sessions – Cancellations of any kind will result in a forfeited retainer fee. If you are unable to provide notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to your session start time, a $45 cancellation fee becomes due in addition to the retainer fee, unless you are able to find another client to take your place with paid retainer fee of their own. Cancellation fees will incur late fees at 5 days past due, $5 per day with accumulating attorney fees & collection activity at 2 weeks past due. From that point, you will also be liable for taking care of any attorney fees.

Full Sessions – If you are unable to reschedule your session within a 2 week timeframe, a cancellation fee of $45 becomes due. Cancellation fees will incur late fees at 5 days past due, $5 per day with accumulating attorney fees & collection activity at 2 weeks past due. From that point, you will also be liable for taking care of any attorney fees.

Weddings – The $100 retainer fee is forfeited under any and all circumstances surrounding a cancelled wedding unless I am unable to perform the services described on your invoice.

Your session begins at the time scheduled, please plan to arrive 10 minutes before this time to take a good look at those in your party to ensure that all are picture ready.

About your photos

Delivery & Loss

Your gallery of images will be delivered within 3 weeks of your session date. If in the event I am unable to deliver your gallery of images (fire, casualty, act of God) All monies will be returned to you. 

When your images are delivered, you will need to download them to three separate places; A hard drive, Flash Drive and Cloud Service for safe keeping. Failure to properly store your images will result in a re-upload fee of $45 should you decide to request a new gallery upload.

Galleries are saved on my computer for 6 months in most cases but it is not guaranteed that I will still have your images once they have been uploaded initially, so please DOWNLOAD YOUR IMAGES 🙂 

All session fees are non-refundable

Due to the creative nature of my work, I am unable to offer a refund. Please be sure to run any uncertainties pertaining to; outfits, hair and makeup, shoes, location appointment time or weather by me in advance so that any and all issues can be sorted out for a stress free session. While sometimes this is not an option, it is best to schedule your photography session on a day where you do not have any other prior obligations that may interfere with morale such as; doctor’s appointments, business meetings, travel, etc.

A re-shoot may be arranged under certain circumstances for a reasonable fee.
