We take several different forms of payment including; Cash, Cards & even Cryptocurrency.
Making your payment for services is easy.
Step 1: The Retainer Fee
At the time of booking, a portion of your session fee will be due in order to hold the spot on the calendar. This is basically a handshake between you and I giving us both the go-ahead to begin planning your session.
The request for payment will come in the form of an invoice which is sent via Square. The invoice will have the retainer amount due for the date of today, and the remaining balance will be due on the day of your session or event.
Retainer fees are non-refundable in most cases. If you become ill or are unable to have your session, please let me know and we will reschedule for another date within 2 weeks. If you are unable to reschedule for a date within 2 weeks, the retainer fee is forfeited.
Retainer fees are calculated based upon which session package you are choosing.
Step 2: The Remaining Balance
The remaining balance should be made on the day of your session. Many of my clients believe in leaving gratuity based off of services performed, so they usually wait until just after the session has been completed to make their final payment.
I use Square to facilitate the safe transaction between you and I which will come in the form of an electronic invoice to your email address. If you choose to use one of the other payment methods, I will cancel your invoice once your payment has been received.
