Booking

First, you’ll decide what time you’d like to have your pictures taken at. A retainer invoice will be sent to you. Once that invoice is paid, the final invoice for the remaining balance will be sent. That invoice can be paid any time up to and on your session date.

Camera Time!

Your session will last approximately 25 minutes, please be sure to be on time as your session will begin at the designated time discussed previously. I always encourage my clients to bring a presentable blanket to personalize their session.

Choose Your Images

Included in your session is 15 edited images. I will edit the entire gallery and present it to you in order for you to choose your images. If you would like to purchase beyond 15 images, the additional images will be available for purchase at $7 per images.

Image Delivery

Approximately 4 days after your session, you will receive an email with the link to download all of the images from your session. Please be sure to save this file in multiple places including a USB drive for safe keeping.

Image Storage

I keep your images online for approximately 30 days. From there, the images are purged but are kept on my hard drive for 6 months. If you need your images to be re-uploaded, there is a $25 fee which will need to be paid in order for the images to appear online again for another 30 days. When it has been 6 months since your session, the images will be purged from my hard drive to make space for new sessions.

Preservation

Once your images are downloaded, please be sure to put them on a USB drive or a CD and put those drives into a safe. If you don’t have a computer at the time of your session, I can transfer all images to a USB drive for a fee of $15.
